Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all alcohol sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on spirits once they have been shipped or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Merchandise items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
